Dublin Professional Co-Living

This modern, spacious home in Rathcoole is designed for group stays and long-term bookings of 14 days or more, offering exclusive private use of the entire property for families, professionals, contractors, or teams. 

It features six private bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms and four with shared bathroom facilities, along with an additional shared toilet, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated dining area that supports both socializing and remote work while still allowing private space. 

Located in a peaceful residential area with convenient access to shops, gyms, restaurants, and transport links into Dublin city, the home is ideal for relocations, work trips, and extended stays. Guests have private access to all spaces, including living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, with no sharing with outside guests. 

Support is available via the booking platform or a provided phone number during set hours (Monday–Friday 10:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–14:00, Sunday closed), with limited responses outside these times unless urgent. 

Before arrival, all guests must complete a pre-check-in form with a valid photo ID and selfie for verification, after which the access code is sent on check-in day. 

House rules include no indoor smoking, no pets, keeping noise minimal out of respect for neighbors, and using appliances, electronics, and furniture responsibly to maintain the property’s quality and cleanliness.
